And the OP wasn't asking for money back. In fact he said it should cost something to demolish/remove seats.

You wade into a discussion, clearly out of your depth, making dismissive comments like:
"Imagine,if in real life some sports club will destroy some of their seats..." - then when it's pointed out that it actually does happen in real life (seats being destroyed/re-designated), you offer the ... *ahem*... "insight" that:
that's dumb ;D

Gee. Thanks for the illumination.

Well perhaps they built to many bleachers and want to build a lot more Luxury boxes. As there is a limit to how many seats you can get in a certain building that sure limits you. You can look at the soft can for attendance like something like the building that cant be filled over a certain point.

Indeed. My arena is big... and early on in my team's life - a lot of bleacher seats made sense (perhaps I did indeed overdo it there). I'd like to shift the balance of my seating, and see if I can maximize attendance/income. It would be a bit of a continuation of the endgame as far as arenas go.
Of course, at a cost. I'd imagine there'd be a cost for demolition, then the regular cost of building on top of that.

I have seen worse built arenas then yours. Just slap on some more lower tier and increase the bleacher prices and i think you'll do fine untill we can demolish seats.
I put a lot of thought into my arena and i think i got a good level of bleachers/lower tier. You dont really make a lot of extra money from building a lot more lower tier as you need to go down a lot in prices to actually fill those seats.
There are many manager who can explain that better then me though =)

Are you sure? What kind of idiot has 5500 lower tier ...

...oh, right.

I still haven't decided what my final allocation is going to be. I think I'm pretty content with my current arena but I don't know how likely it is that I'll promote in the near future, so I'm sitting on my 12k/5500/500/50 for now.

You're right I've been telling that often, you don't need too many LT.

Personally, I simply liked the numbers LOL

15000
5000
500
50

As for the initiative, managers need to realize that too many bleachers CAN NOT suppress their lower tier sales. So unless it's a visual thing, I don't see any need to do it. If people are simply annoyed by their arena numbers, then well, it's ok to demolish.

I don't see the point to demolish arena seats..it's non-sense for me..
Imagine,if in real life some sports club will destroy some of their seats, lol xDD

It's not like they destroyed the stadium, they just moved out from the old stadium to build a new one... it's pretty different, don't you think?
