I think, it is difficult to do. in real life, the player can choose when he can. But in buzzer beater it would be us or BB

Yeah, but concerning the minimum ranks is off-target. We are concerning NT's not the teams so I didn't find something wrong with this idea.

I see, but the issue there is the NT commitment of the age of a player after 21 years old. This issue talks about somewhat we call "reinforcement" in an NT, that is not probably the case here.

If this does get implemented, I would argue 8 seasons in your team condition. That is, if you buy an 18yo and fully train him, he'll be ready to convert and star for your NT at the age of 26.

It would give teams some room, you can still buy a 20, 21y old guy and will still be able to play for NT, and bring you some merchandise at 28, 29 years.

Less than 8 seasons, I don't like it. If 5 seasons for example, you can buy a 23yo pumped up with secondary skills. Then you get both the training exemption and ability to convert him at 28y. That's too rewarding, considering you trained the guy only half of the time, and didn't have to train him out of position and with low ratings.
