1. No. There is no specific time in the day when it's better to sell players.
2. Yes. In the second week rates are higher and last two weeks of the season rates are lower.

Hard to say. I think it best to sell and buy around draft time , That's when the market is really active that week other than that takes homers advice.

In the second week of the season. My english sucks. :) At the beginning of the new season most of the teams have some money and are trying to assemble there teams for the new season. At that time demand is high so prices are higher. At the end of the season,when playoff already started, no one needs players so badly so demand is lower.

Try to post/sell between 9-12 am eastern standard time, dont know which part of the U.S. you are from but more people are online.
