I think you may have a hard time getting votes good sir. Australia teams have been run by Australian managers for the longest of times, we're a pretty tight knit group and have federations for the discussing of players/tactics. I think it may be worth your while to apply for another NT position so that you may have more of a chance. No disrespect, and thanks for putting your hand up for the position.

I'm interested in what you can offer our community that is new?

We have a strong community with our own general federation for stuff which I ran and also a dedicated NT federation.
Long before the big thread in the general forum we have had mentors. The training experiance and skill within our community are very good imo and I am sure the biggest issue out NT faces is finding enough of our serious coaches who can afford big salary players to train/keep players that work for the NT.

I took a look at Australia's NT page. 1 SF.
We might have well rounded guys but, I can help give you guys a wide variety of SF's for your NT.
I know tactics and I understand what is more efficient than others.

The best position doesn't really mean much - we have four players in our current team that I would class as SFs.

But I would be interested to hear what your ideal SF builds are.

130ish is probably about the level of a NT SF I would say.

Well for starters as has been pointed out the listed position is not always the best position for them to play. A SF can be built differently for different uses. They can be listed as a PG or a PF and still be better suited to play SF.
The main thing is how the player fits the teams needs. There has been lots of discussions within our federations about what makes a solid SF. But these are generally done in private to not advertise our players skills.

How will you help give a wide fariety of SF's for the NT over the next 2 seasons?

IMO the NT needs to take a long term interest in developing players. I have demonstrated that to the Australian BB community.
