Impossible to tell for certain from one game, and even more difficult because two flagrants is a fairly rare occurence, but in my experience, when I've had a player who has commited two flagrants, they've been among my more aggressive players.

Sure, it is possible that the opponents of aggressive players have more risk of an injury because they get fouled more, but this is not a real correlation.

I believe this to be true.
I have a player, Matsumoto, who early on in his career fouled out often. I lifted his defense (in particular OD - and he's a big), and that helped considerably - he rarely fouls out now. Additionally, I've never had a player who injures as many players as he does (I *think* current count is 5?).

I do think some players get hurt more. And some players are a little more foul prone, though most of the time it ends up being match up related, I also think there is a little bit of a clutch or choke factor as well.

I have 5 different players whom have committed flagrant fouls:
Warren averages 3+ fouls per game

Hicks averages 3+ fouls per game

Trimble only commits fouls as a starter averaging less than 1 foul per game where he gets 38 minutes or less. but averaging over 4 fouls per game when he gets more than 38 minutes.

Sotello averages about 2 fouls per game (39 mins per game average too)

and Grady has 13 fouls in 123 minutes. fouling out twice ion 4 appearences.

Really Hicks? 9 seconds left down 30?

Grady has injured a player, and Warren has injured a player. None of my players have been injured.

Should consider signing them up for WWE xD

I'd be lying if I said I didn't consider keeping them around just because of their "physicality"
