Thanks for the advice, although JR training would be wasted on my 3rd trainee. I was intending to play him at SF, he caught the tail end of my PG's training and now I'm hoping to give him the front end of my C/PF training, and wanted to train IS directly. You think the DR/HA would be more useful?

he has a low potential and ha/dr would not take away so much of his potential. I also recommend 1on1. you can try in the salarysimulator at buzzer-manager.com how much SB and IS you can give him until he is listed as a PF. If he is listed as SF the IS doesnt result in a high salary and a possible cap

My bad.i hadnt noticed he had liw potential.with prominent od you should really try and make him a decent sf if again the training you will give him suits your other trainees. As the german mate said you must 'play' with the calculator to see hiw many pop ups you can give him. Also notice that when he is clise to capping his training will slow down significantly. If possible i would gave your trainee sb and one on one.if possible also one or two od pops

So when I'm looking at buzzer-manager, is the listed position the one with the highest salary or the highest rating?

Also keep in mind that the position is just a label that is used to calculate the salary and potential cap. Does not affect game performance. One game last season I started 4 PGs and a SF.

Thanks, I was thinking that too. Not concerned about the position listed on the player card.
