Training is not provided per game, like in real life.
It is given to your players at the end of the week. The different training options are binded to the positions. So if you choose your training, you will see, wich positions are affected, for receiving the choosen training. 100% training is only provided, if your trainee has been playing min. 48 minutes on that position. Although it isnĀ“t really logical, you can choose the kind of training at the end of the week. So if your trainee played 48 Minutes on Center, then you my choose on thursday or friday morning, if he should receive ID-, BL- or IS-training.
Despite that, it is still a good idea to plan your training, for your roster-management. As I said, the training is bind to positions, so if you want to train a certain skill, the player has to play (min. 48!!!!!!!!!!! minutes) on that position, regardless if he suits this position or not.
Hope, this helps you out.
Best regards.
PS: 48 Minutes is the neccessary value to receive 100% training. >48 Minutes, wont give your player more training, but <48 (e.g. 47 minutes) will give him less.
