All the 5 guys I train are hall of famers. My trainer level is always 6. According to my conversation with my NT coach, both the 24 (almost 25) y.o. guys are close to NT, and I truly believe they'll enter the squad within the next 2 seasons. Maybe they will still need some training, but on the other hand, there will be some with only 2-pos. available in plan. So I guess that my 20 y.o. guys with TSP of 90, 83 and 81 will have their chances either

Thanks for response.

I like the chances of your 20yos much better than the 24yos. But if the NT Manager says so then he knows best.

What skill you're training also matters since your 24yos are 6'0 and 7'2 and those two heights create completely different builds for teams. One is great for guard skills and the other is great for big man skills. I'm not sure your training plan for them but I personally would have completely different plans because of their heights. Good luck with your future HoF! I hope they do make the NT!

The bigman mostly needs some polish on secondaries. Maybe a pop or 2 on primaries. The guard needs mostly JR & passing skills. Maybe a pop on OD. There will be a spot for some rebound & JS training for both of them together with the youngsters, but for the upcoming season I plan guard skills training.

BTW, does JS contribute to the elastic effect on OD? In orher words, do I need to train it up to driving and handling level before I start training OD?

Thanks.

I would be extremely grateful if provided all connected pairs (groups) of skills that contribute to each other's elastic effect. It's exremely important for my future training plan. Thanks again.
