Filling some popularity criterias

Please elaborate on this.

It will be done with the next season news, but roughly "Under X percent of popularity and X votes", the community is clear enough to say the coach is done. Each country will not have the same X votes asked of course.

Sounds reasonable. As an NT-coach I would like to have the option to get players released (=transfer listed) from teams that do not keep them in decent shape, or set the game shape for NT-games to a fixed amount, like 7 or 9. Would that be a possible change you could look at?

Seriously, this would be the best thing ever. I have to give +1 to this proposal!

Managerial carelessness sometimes causes serious damage to those small communities, like Bosnian, where the pool of high quality players is really small.

1. How can you punish club managers for having the means to own a NT player? Even if their GS isn't pristine, where do you draw the line for weeks of bad GS? 1? 2? 3? Does their GS have to be below Strong? Below Respectable? You can't punish club managers by taking away their players.

2. Fixed GS would take away from the tactical part of U21/NT games. If you make GS standard, then you might as well make Enthusiasm also standard, and make everyone play BO/M2M so it is 100% fair across the board.

I have 1757 players for sale and I'm $25,835,360 in debt. Buy them at outrageous prices, or be selfish and make me go bankrupt. You decide, BB.

If you have a player pool of like 15 guys that are fit for the NT, you will see for yourself how bad of a fudge up it is, when your 150 TSP guy is out for a couple of weeks because his owner is a donk who has no clue about GS.

I know there can never be equality between small and big nations, but that way the big nations are still lightyears ahead of small nations, but at least the hit of mismanagement by a third party does not hurt as much. Every small/micro NT manager will agree.

Every small/micro NT manager might agree, but what about the club manager that might not ever care about NT involvement and just wants a super big? Are you going to punish someone for being bad at GS management by taking their player away for a part of the game they don't care about or pay attention to?

Holding U21/NT managers accountable makes sense because that is a position they have to run for and get elected to. Somehow holding club managers accountable to the U21/NT needs doesn't make the same sense.

You can hold a NT/U21 manager accountable because they choose to run for that position and be involved. I'm sure there won't be the possibility of someone getting second in Continentals and before Worlds come around they are booted because they didn't win the first phase.
