The problem is also that even with countries with low numbers of users, they are not very interested in having scrimmages, and a lot of them get through the week without even having one.

I don't think you can get that flag and the flag of that teams original country both. I'll check, probably NOA shouldn't be counted in the flag check total.

EDIT: And it isn't.

I don't think there are 100 countries with active users right now, so that achievement is currently impossible to get.

It was disabled intentionally as it was impossible to complete 100 flags in the past Fixed it for you now.

I don't understand what is the problem to program so, that you could get individual flag from small united countries? Also teams could remain his original flags, when playing in united nations. This is issue of programming and wish to do something valuable for supporters. Don't write that it is not possible.
