OK....jumping back in the conversation. When training outside defense on https://i.imgur.com/7C5N1lL.png and https://i.imgur.com/qxwWw69.png and possibly this https://i.imgur.com/4c5HbRN.png........which would be the way to train them if i want their outside defense way up 15+?? I want to build up strong outside players and this one https://i.imgur.com/ODJCny8.png will get a little OD but not much because i will finish him off as a strong forward but he will still be involved in all 2 position training. But going by "Charles" training skills close to each other is the most effective way to train.....so this means something like small guys/guards train outside skills such as JS/JR, DR/HA, OD and PA will be the most effective way to train?

Thanks....makes sense. Maybe eventually I'll be able to find a real trainee and train him for NT, but until then i try to absorb what info i can.

Yes and thats what i like so much about it....that hidden mystery of the perfect training lol. I try to follow you guys as much as i can Its unbelievable all the stuff ive learned over the past few months on training. Right now i am training team ready trainees. But eventually i'll get that perfect MVP or HOF to build into an NT. So my notes are duly taken from you and a few other managers. Much appreciate ALL the advice Sir!!!!
