Yes those upgrades.

You pay 500k for level 1, another 300k for upgrading to level 2, another 200k (1 mio in total) for level 3.
Are we sure about this? I'd like confirmation before I start splashing cash on those.

Go on Arena and click on Arena Desinger, see what you want to upgrade and close to gump Submit you will see price for that upgade.

lvl:
0-1 is 500k
1-2 is 300k
2-3 is 200k

not very useful...I only ever bought level 3, so there is NO way to confirm that any way other than trying and spending the money. I have the question because I may have to save some money and build a part now and another later on, that's all. If the cost of further upgrades is higher than the net amount then of course it will always only make sense to go 0->3

Can someone explain what kind of affects these infrastructures have? Can't find it in the manual
