Regardless of how one considers the fan survey, the really important thing is how it affects attendance. I for one am as confused about attendance as I was before the fan survey was originated. Is there one or two of the subcategories that most affect attendance? If so, what are they? E.g., my team entered last night's home game with a 9-3 record playing a very good opponent from the other conference. My survey was decent, not great, but should have predicted a fairly good crowd (considering ticket prices too IMO). The crowd was one of the lowest of the year—go figure. If anyone has some ideas—other than the simplistic "keep winning"—please advise. Thanks!

You lost your last game and the same thing has happend before on 9-13-2008. I would say this level of attandance is about the avarage for you after an away loss in your situation. I don't see how you could do much about it as you have a 75% winning record (3 away losses): 50% of your home games (on avarage) are played after a loss, so with less attandance, and 50% after a win (high attandance).

It is fine overall. Nevertheless there are some strange things happening. For instance couple of days ago I had
I am pleased with the team's performance this season: 5
Now it is 4 and I have doing nothing else than wining in between...

But still overall satisfaction is 5...

Well, because your PR guy doesn't have time to ask ALL your fans every time, the fan survey shows the feelings of just a small group of them. This time the group he asked was a bit more negative, but probably still gave you a 4.24 star rating for your perfomance this season. This is shown (obviously) as a 4 star rating where your 5 star rating was somewhere between 4.76 and 5.00. Therefore the differance could be just slightly over half a star and in the overall rating that wasn't enough to make your overall rating drop...

BTW nice job! :D

I've had four and three for a long time.

I keep my best players and add to the squad one or two players a season.

I don't think this is optimum - but it's nice to feel well balanced ;-)

Strange: my overall fan rating averages 4,5 balls; my highest single statement only gets a 4 balls rating?!?

I get 4 stars quite steadily for both:

I am familiar with the star players, and am not afraid that they will be transferred

and

The team manager is working hard to improve the team

I think that the first one might be influenced by the *presence" of star players. Players that play your every match and get *significantly* higher ratings than the rest of the squad and the rest of the players in your conference...

Also I'd think that if you transfer well performing players it'd go down, whilst it wouldn't if you sell rubbish players.
