As he is PF, the best system for training he would be a variation of training per week:
1° Inside Scoring, 2° Inside defense and 3° Rebounding.

what Bonomi wrote is not wrong, but keep in mind, that he is just 196cm. So probably it would be an idea to make such a training, that he can play PF and SF. That means for example 1-1 instead of blocking.

..just an idea.
