When you're still in the tournament, it's much easier to build enthusiasm, because you can TIE three games per week. When you have scrimmages, there are more days in between games for the enthusiasm to gravitate back down.

when you have enthousiasm 5 and you play crunch time, to wich level will it drop and how long will it approximately take to return it back to 5, when playing normal all the time?

Remember a few things about Enthusiasm.

The time for adjustment from a number greater than or less than 5 is inversely proportional to your distance from 5. So, when you are at a 10 enthusiasm, you will most likely lose a full point of enthusiasm at the next update, but a 6 or 7 could last 2 days.

With that said. When you CT, your enthusiasm is reduced to 50% of the original value. If you TIE, it increases by 33%. Account for the daily enthusiasm adjustments and a CT at 5 could make it be 2 or 3 games before your enthusiasm is back to a 5.

is it set to 5 every beginning of the season or not.?

Sorry, I was gone for the new year break. :D

Yes, after the final playoff game for the season, all enthusiams is reset to 5.

Important to note, it does no good to train Game Shape in that last week of the playoff season as well, all GS is reset to 7 or Respectable, and using GS training that week is wasted.
