Poor handling and good passing. Not too unlogical or?

It is. Bad passing leads to way more turnovers than bad handling.

Atleast thats my observation.

I would love to hear from the experiance of managers who participated in a draft or two.

A. Is te letters' grading system accurate? Does the grade after two observations (A+ / A-/ C+. etc.) reflects accurately the abilities of the player?

B. How reliable is the star ranking for grading the plaers? Should the letters grading be treated as a fine-tuning process, (to distinguish the A+ from the A- ), or should the ranking without the letters be considered as more plausible to be wrong? And if so - from your experience - how much more?

C. How accurate is the potential projection? Can a player with 2 stars for potential prove eventually to be a superstar potential, or vice versa?

To sum it up - What information can I safely rely on, if at all?
