A summary could be, the current playoff system demoralize managers becouse can down three teams from each division and only one goes up. He ask for changing this system, he thinks many managers leave this game becouse this playoff system.
I think the answer to that is prety simple and unfortunatly there is no room for discussion as it is simple mathematics.
If the higher division has less leagues, the only possibility is to have more teams go down in each league then going up...
The only way to have equal teams going down and up between divisions is by having the same amount of leagues in each division, I think that system is even worse and will scare away even more users...
