How much does the auction start from when that happens?
And does that happened often?

What country should I search that has a chance of a NT or UN21 NT player being managed by a bot?

- They start at 0.
- Everytime a team that has a NT or U21 player goes bot.
- All of them, allthough new countries tend to have NT managers that take whatever player they have available, while a number of that new countries team owners don't stay active long in BB...
