I'd also say that if you look at the matchup ratings you get a better sense of what must have happened. Its hard to give an average rating over all your players that tells the right story for every position.... for instance in calculating inside defense we are reporting basically a weighted average over your team.... now there is no gauruntee that your opponent is going to take inside shots with the same kind of weight.. this is why we developed the matchup ratings, which in this case clearly show that the winning team overmatched the losing team at most positions.
