Honestly I think that when someone loses, the first thing to do is make congratulations to the winner... and that's what I've done (Boss can confirm ;)
I think that south africans have done the right thing choosing Boss Man. I candidated myself because I thinked Boss would candidate himself for the NT next season...

I am not upset at boss. Boss ran a fair campaign. I am upset at the apathy of all of you, who managed four (FOUR!) votes.

That tells me people that were eligible to vote and had players or prospects, people that it should matter to deeply didnt vote.

In South Africa there are 16 active users... 4 votes is a good result...
USA has 2170 active users and only 113 votes (0.05%)... ;)

Thank you again Edeus! I honestly think that you or TheUnrepentantGunner or any other manager with a little bit of experience can choose from the offensive/defensive tactics and the level of commitment to the game (enthusiasm). The thing it's no point on continuing this subject as the elections have ended and I am the new manager.
As I did before, I will do my best that I promise.

As you can see we are a small community (around 12-18) players from South Africa and many have became bots or if we look at the last time they have logged in, are about to. Most of them they are very good guys that like the game and try to help as much the U21 or the NT as much as they can. Some of them probably didn't logged in a while or didn't got time to read the forum and might be why they haven't voted.
I choose not to mail every guy from SA saying "Vote for me, I'm the best" because I believe most of them have got an idea about what did I do for the U21 last 2 seasons so they are the ones that know best what is good or bad for the U21.
Why from USA (your country) with 2100 active players only 100 have voted? If we are to make a small comparison then in South Africa 25% of people have voted as for USA only 5%....
There are players that care about NT and players that care about their teams or even players that just want to see how is this game about and don't care about it ( thinking: it's still a game after all -> lucky bastards :P ), so my friend you cannot control somebody else's decisions no matter what you try...
I have done with explaining things thus I will not write posts about this subject anymore.
