Bot cleanup DOES occur.

Having said that, if you want to promote - earn it.


Is bot clean up always going to happen or is it just in the first through seasons?

I took over my team with like a week left of last season and finished 8th, yet I wasn't demoted, even though my "team history" page says so. Not complaining (cuz I'm 8-0 now), just saying someone made an oopsie perhaps.

Since there are no teams in D.V in the USA, they didn't do pro-rel between IV and V.
