I'm going to guess that what was fixed was the original problem of seeing the season 2 results by default, and the wrong league if you selected another season.

I think you are now supposed to see the message that tells you that the results will be available closer to the All-Star break.

rest of the links on that page seem to work for me. (indeed the results from the previous All Star game are shown, but I don't think it's a fault...
I should read the rules to see how voting works and when it starts. ;s
