BB's are working on it. Creating the draft list is (still) handled manually, and they have to do it country for country. The USA (country ID=1) was first, and from there they are working down the list to Malta (country ID=90). I can confirm the list was created for The Netherlands (country ID=16) today, but the exact date and time for other counties is still unclear.
