I'm hoping they do it alphabetically so that we are amongst the first .... can't wait to see my new rookies and my shiny trophy for winning div III.6 ;)

I really don't know, but I wouldn't be surprised if BB's used the same order as they used generating the draft list. That was done by country ID.
