The estimated position has no effect at all? Is it simply a suggestion by the game engine? The only things that do matter are his skills for the position he is actually playing at?

i would say OD is very important for him, and even a bit one on one too eliminate his driving - JS should have a break for a while the other "5" skill have higher priority in my eyes.

train some passing and 1 on 1 and he will be a SG in no time...

Jump shot is huge for a SF. Since it is his highest skill, it is weighting more to a SF. Train guard skills and he'll go back to SG (outside shooting would do it the fastest).

it affects a lot, i had situation that my young SG or PG worth 800k, turned in to SF worth 150k :(

So they play the same, but transfer price changes. Since the estimate range can be so wide, maybe we get what we think he's worth anyway? I've been playing DP my point guard as a small forward forever and he never changes estimate. I guess it's because his outside range isn't good.
