If you don't care his salary...

IMO, the number of REB you grab in one game depends not only on his REB level but also on his position in this game.

I don't think the additional salary payed for REB to every one guard is worth.

Yes he's 18 and 198cm tall and I'll try to make SF out of him, but he's atricous ID is big problem so maybe i'll just make a guard.

That's what makes this game great. You don't think it is worth it. I do. for a PG rebounding pops cost you roughly $1.5k/week in salary. For a SG it's $2.6k. I don't worry about my players' salaries. I worry about their skills. If you create multi-skilled players their wages will be lower than if you create more specialized or greenskilled guys. So if I think my PG would be a better player if he had an extra level of rebounding as opposed to, say, jump range or driving, I'm not going to sweat his salary. Better players = more victories. More victories = happier fans. Happier fans = more ticket revenue to pay salaries.
