Get you history right if you gonna diss Kobe. It was against the Toronto Raptors and I hate Kobe as a human being but can hate the player. He is getting a divorce and all at the same time he is a great player still. KD is nothing more then a walking gunner with long arms and has still yet to develop into the KD I know he can be. KD is not even second best he more the best of his draft class and those behind him. Kobe is, regretfully, the best with James(Sir Choke Time) following him because he has learn how to be effective in the LP and give it to Wade in the closing secs.

P.S. Don't start that Miami has three superstars. The thunder have Russell Westbrook and KD. Lakers have the aging Pau and Kobe. The only big names that have no help is Rose, Dwight, and Lamarus Alridge(B list baller but truely great for his team).

Well, watching the Lakers so far I really like what I'm seeing. I know they haven't done that well record-wise, but Kobe is playing much better this season in my opinion and Meta World Peace and Blake seemed to have really improved their game.

Kobe is either trusting his teammates more, or has just become such a better passer. His shot selection also seems to have gotten much better, as he doesn't take as many 3's (heck, I remember he used to take very long 3's last year that had no chance of going in).

World Peace is doing mighty fine as well. Seems like he's gotten his offense a bit better from last year and is more comfortable with the ball. I like his 6th man status as well, it allows him to control the ball more often instead of mainly being an outside shooter.

Steve Blake's got it going. I don't know if he should start or not, but I definitely think he's playing much better than Derek Fisher now and has improved from last year's bad performance.

Can't wait for Bynum to come back.

Haven't watched the Clippers too much but I hope they become good. I've liked Chris Paul for a while and would love to see what he's got on a strong team.

Oklahoma City: K. Durant 30 Pts, 11 Reb, 6 Ast, 1 Stl, 2 Blk

This stat line begs to differ. You can always peg the ones that are "homers" and short sighted, completely incapable of being objective.

Durant is a superstar baller, but this is one game. The stat line is great for him but it kind of says he a gunner but he getting better as a team player as well as a play-maker. If he get his season assist avg. to 3.5 or 4.5 I'd say he the best.
I was saying he was 3rd best after Kobe and James whom are better individual players and can make any team a winning team.( I have faith the Lakers will get it going and avoid a losing season)
He was guarded by Frogger and guarding Frogger. I'm 5'5 and can block Frogger but the last shot was Clutch never in a million year could of did that. OKC may have a better team then the Lakers and may be as good as MIA, but Durant is not the best player. Getting there but not there just yet.

If u r gonna diss the black mamba git ur info straight. It was against the raptors in the regular season. Durant's 66 was in a un-professional charity game againt lebron. Durant can do lebron in when he wishes, and of course in a summmer leauge he will do better. but there was no defense there if u watched it, just offense so, dosen't matter. Durant is GOOD I must admit, in my opinion the 3rd best player in the leauge. But sorry, not better than kobe bryant. kobe has it( the killer instinct) that all Great, not good, but great players have. MJ, Magic, Bird, Kobe, ande others had that killer instinct to win and rise to the occasion every time. Durant isn't there yet. he'll git dere but he's not there so not better than kobe. great game by durant against the mavs, wonderful game by kobe, woopin' the knicks. NBA b-ball is back big things have came and have come.

I am now positive that you and "Murl" are the same guy. Kobe lovers that completely hack up the English language when you type. Not insulting you for that, but i hear the same voice for both of you when i read your posts...

...and Kevin Durant is the best basketball player in the league arguably, however it is not arguable that Kobe is better than KD, that would be laughable.

My name is Desmond Tiller. I also speak and type the language a-lot better than you, sir. If you are going to make a sentence it never starts with a conjunction and you fragment does not make sense if you read it without the dependent clause it says:
...and Kevin Durant is the best basketball player in the league arguably that would be laughable. Ha! ha!
You should have payed attention in class. I just graduated from high school and I know that.

I doubt any one does speak as I but he does have a keen resemblance. I'm a D rose fan anyway, but I had two put my two cents in this. This may be a toddler's response but I'm not so sure Beast and you do not share the same identity.
Question: When did this thread became about Kevin Durant? Was it not about CP3 and the Clippers vs. Kobe Bryant and the diminishing Lakers of 11-12?
