actually it would be wise to start a hattrick team now I guess... cos BB looks like its slowly declining.

"BB-Charles last log in about 2 weeks ago
BB-Mark last log in about one week ago
BB-Forrest is already a bot
did you really expect a April fools prank??"

It's not that slow really. You only have one league match per week, plus a cup/friendly match, so one less match than in BB.

They've just introduced their version of private leagues though, which has been a pretty good feature addition.

What we should all do is see if there is another Sports Management game that we could all start together and learn together. That would be cool.

Matt the one game a week thing does seem bad to me, so used to having three or even four meaningful games a week here on BB I think I have been spoiled. If I am still playing and enthusiastic in three weeks I will become a supporter.

It's slower, but it just depends on what you're used to I think. I'm used to the pace on HT, so I never really think of it as slow, but I can see where people are coming from if they come across from playing BB which has more games a week (only 1 more game though).

Supporter is well worth the money, I couldn't play HT without it. You can buy as little as a month's worth, just to see what it's like.

Up to last week I had two league games, a cup match and a PL game so it was four real games a week. I guess one month would be very cheap and I think you can give players positions and notes which would be useful.

What else is a key feature of supporter?

http://www.hattrick.org/Help/Supporter/

Having access to federations is probably the best feature, followed closely by access to tournaments (private leagues). The bookmarks also come in pretty handy when searching for guys on the transfer list.

The link above gives you the full least of features, I've has supporter the entire time I've been playing, so I tend to forget what's a supporter feature and what's not.

Also, if you use Firefox (or Chrome as well I think), install the Foxtrick add-on, it's got some really handy features (which often results in a lot of people forgetting whether they are Foxtrick features or actual HT features!)

One month of supporter is around $6, so not too expensive. It also removes all of the ad banners, making the site run a bit faster, too.
