I think Dyonisius did a very clever thing: Since LI is impossible to defend against at least until this season, he maximized IS on his players in favour of the ID. What's the difference between ID 15, 16 or 17 if nothing can stop IS 19? So instead of building a triple 19 players with 300k+ salary, he saved up on ID. If the saying "offense wins games, defense wins championships" holds true for outside players, it's the other way around as far as SF, PF and C go. His Inside defense team rating is lower than Whitebeard's, and he's playing at home.

He was first to realize it, has been working on it and now's the time to reap what he sowed.

I've been saying that for years, only once have I had a big with higher than 10 ID (and rather ironically, my center with 9 ID had the best +/- of any player on my team in my match against Dionysus)

Of course, Dionysus also benefits from owning the Chinese national team and running a 1.2m+ payroll.

The real problem in this game against LI is that 2-3 zone is useless

In the first game you took 30 rebound less than your opponent and committed so much fouls, in both games your PG and SG shooted bad so it hadn't been a problem of the 2-3 zone, in fact in the second game your SF, PF and C had good percentage. In the majority happens this: (56026733) (52722624) (52722617) (23226) (23428) (56026839) (56026802)

In every one of those examples except one, the team running 2-3 had a lower OD rating than the opponents flow rating. The offense facing a 2-3 had a fairly large number of assists as well.

I might be the only one but I doubt its 2-3 thats broken; the players people are using in a 2-3 zone dont have the skillsets required to fit the tactic!

Also in that examples posted by eziic is the same thing: (55707019) (52402625)
