I was a bit scared by seeing Mtolo as SF (last time he was blown away in SF against Misr, ages ago). Wall was probably nervous as being on transfer list :)

I did. After two lost semifinals I studied Poland and understood how to manage blank lineup (it's more than just putting blank lineup,that's the easy part). I won a consolation and Supported Italy U21 to win Euro last season, still working with U21 and NT to get the maximum put of that. It's easier in U21 but I have enoug ph experience in NT. Players in roster are part of that.

Against Senegal tonight, South Africa got the third and Misr important won! having Senegal defeated Al Jazair and after our unexpected loss against Tounes, another loss tonight would have swept away any chan of medal. Attitude, good gameshape and TS played a decisive role in this last match of first round.

Calendar of second round could make the difference in terms of final result. Tomorrow we'll see, now let me taste the flavour of this victory!

Good game against a superior team like Ghana. I really thought South Africa could have won this match at the beginning of the fourth quarter, but then their PF and C (Maal and Gning) dominated.

Anyway, I hope South Africa can still make it to the Semifinals, that would be a nice success!

Without Galvin an almost obvious loss against Misr. Again, good match till end of Q3, then lack of depth resulted in an horrible Q4. No surprises in other matches.
