Thanks for the inspiration, guys! I finally decided to give the homegrown Utopia team a shot. I only wish I had thought to do this sooner... I sold my best homegrown player when he became too expensive. Should have sold everyone else and kept him! Selling everyone else now, but it won't leave me with much to work with beyond a couple of young guys with potential. We'll see what I can make out of them.

Well, it's official - as soon as my last non-homegrown player sells this week (or I have to fire him), I will be 100% homegrown. And 99.5% identical looking players. (If only I had thought of doing that when I started.... now I'm stuck with one good player with a different face.) The trick now will be getting my team out of the DIV cellar. Finishing in last place in DIV has been handy for getting good draft picks, but very bad for morale.
