Hi again!

No, I didn't change prices. I set up the prices before the beginning the 37 season.

Hi Marin, I just noticed that two teams have me listed as their "rival", (23761) and (31285), could this be related?

Now, after the last home match, I reached 66% attendance, more or less the same when I had the first abnormal drop when the problem arose in last season.

By now and for the attendance, I've won one match at home, lost another out, and won the cup at home too. Saturday I won at home again.

As I said, never changed the prices in the whole season. Hope you can find out what could happened.
Hope too the results improve before my economy weakens, because if I start to loose from this level, I won't to imagine....

Regards!

Hi again!

No, I didn't change prices. I set up the prices before the beginning the 37 season.

It seems like the attendance has now stabilised. Only the first match of the season seems a bit low, but not excessively so any more, comparing to the prices after the initial drop. I'll have to investigate this a bit further to find out which is the correct level, before the drop or after. If I determine the former, we might need to recalculate attendance again.

EDIT: Looks like there is no mistake here, only some weird behaviour of the fan survey code (especially in that second to last match of last season). Comparing to your leaguemates, you are now exactly where you need to be, looking at your income. There is one team that is earning substantially more and that is a team which won his league and was promoted directly last season, just like you did the season before that. So, it seems that the boost we give to promotees from DIV to DIII in the offseason is too great, and then, when the boost is no longer felt, the drop seems devastating. Maybe this was done intentionally to help promotees stay up, maybe not, but I hesitate to change it now. I still cannot explain that last home match of last season though.

It's possible that two teams have you as a rival, that's not a mistake. However, you can have only one and that's the one we're counting.

While I lost versus my rival and lost my last game, I made +88k this evening compared to first attendance...

Yes, that does seem too big of a difference. Let's look at a couple more matches and then, if needed, we will recalculate the attendance for the first match (both for you and others).

Difference between first season with boosting bonus, and the season after seems to big, true.
It's weird because we think that tickets prices are going to be ok to begin our next season... and we have to assume "our" mistake of those too expansive prices for 3 or 4 home games before to correct it! ...not easy to anticipate clearly.

OK, I understand and almost agree your reasoning; but, I've skim my leaguemates and, lets say Sanardo (76105), who promoted like me but ended 7th in his conference, hardly has a drop of about 15-20%, or Madremanya CB (26005) who did 6th, is now having a 20% but likely because its last results..., and so.
I've only found one team Mitsu C.B. (134508) with about 40% drop, but with very bad results.
Maybe when I promoted had a high boost, don't know, but I ended a good season and, for me, the fans should be anxious for the beginning of the new season and, instead of that, I've got a worse % attendance than the teams that ended in worse position.
Could it be normal improve seasonal tickets sale at the beginning of the season of only about 3% with a quite good results?

It's not clear, I agree, but the alternative is not to have as big a boost as it is now.

I'm looking at Sanardo and his drop is more in the range of 40-45%, Madremanya didn't have as big a boost to start with last season. Seems that the promotion boost is pretty large and when it's gone, the drop is, as your colleague said, confusing. As I already told him, the alternative is to reduce the boost, but I don't think anyone would like that.
