I just reread my original reply to you and I realize now it probably came off a lot more rude than I intended it. I should’ve been more clear, I guess I misunderstood the point you were making in your first post and I’m sorry I replied that way.

Since your player is currently 22 years old. I think I'm in the best position to speak to this.

1. The inefficiency of BB scouting is making it hard for us NT managers to contact all the players. Every offseason I have to manually add/drop 600+ players, 18 players at a time in order to complete the scouting in a limited amount of time, on top of the actual life schedule (work, family etc.)

2. As mentioned above, 12k salary at 22 years old likely didn't make the cut when I scout. We do what we can to limit the number of players we have to scout in order to save time and move forward.

While it is nice to have NT staffs contact every single USA owner, I hope my message helps you and all other owners understand the workload better, and make sure to use the resources provided to you guys (BB-mail, Discord, or even post something in the post I created on-site?) and reach out to us should you feel your player is being left off.


That's an incredible amount of work. What are your parameters for who gets a closer look?
