my fault sir... can't emphasize more what I have in mind...

1. FT could be the ceiling of the player's FG% when having a good day
2. More Exponential GS,STA, EXP effect to FG%... than the usual/ what we have right now. (Penalize FG% more when the players Game-time energy/stamina is low)

In (309522.76) I explained clearly why improving draftees is nonsense. It is so well explained and my arguments are so solid that my message ended the thread. I told before that you should listen to the most savvy managers. Like Joey Ka in this thread. But you go ahead anyway, implementing pointless changes.

It seems that your strategy is to implement what the majority of managers ask you to implement. But you have to realize that doing that, while making people happy in the short term, will also make the game worse and worse rather quickly. Because this is a complex game, and most managers, including yourself, don't understand it. Democracy doesn't work when you need deep understanding.

what about BB players who can't make a FT? like never. 0.00% averages and stuff. this isn't realistic either. even ben wallace could hit 41% of his free throws. is this going to be addressed as well?

Ben Wallace trained FT with his team.
Less variability in FT% makes this skill even less important.
Horrible change also.

I find this sad :(

It was one of the nice little things of BB, the possibility of a 0% guy was a funny thing.
Making it increase quicker at lower skill set is a nice idea, but i liked that little BB special thing !

Justin checking some results it seems the problem with teams having 5 players on roster is not solved at all. Are you still working on it? Hope so.

If they play 54 minutes during competitive time, they are real bench.

You have shown a game between two very bad managers that don't know how to manage huge salaries. I am sure it is easy to find better examples.

It shoudn't be so difficult, in order to not penalize managers that want's to train, they can link perfomance to the ages of the players. Till 27 yo no penalty, from 28 yo a penalty increasing with the age of the players till a maximum penalty around 32 yo (just for example of course, put your figures)
