Wow a 22 year old, this revives my faith that players over 20 can improve, you did a good job on this player. Can you say when you started training him?

I'm still training my 24 year old NT player, they can improve, but it takes longer.. So instead of 2 weeks per JS pop it's around 4.

Thought this guy deserves to be shown. He popped 2 weeks in a row in ID. First time that's happened to me.

I would get his passing to average, and then train rebounding 2-3 more levels.

It probably wouldn't hurt to bring that SB up a few levels. Might be quick, too, with RB and ID being as high as they are.

If your team needs it then train it, the difference in training him when he is 21 and when he is 22 will not be much.
