Multiple player skills separates good players from great players... I think multiple player skills is the trend in training now... I see a lot of players on the transfer list with multiple skills... For example, I would pick a C or PF with great inside skills and yet still have good outside skills (JS, OD, DR or PA) over a C or PF who is monoskilled (IS, ID, RB only)... I would also prefer a guard who has great outside skills and yet, still has good inside skills... Having a bigman with strong to proficient JS/OD never hurts... Same goes for a guard with strong to proficient IS/ID...
Advantage of multiskilled players? They can play multiple positions and they can even play any kind of offense/defense tactics... They also tend to have smaller salaries compared to great monoskilled players...
They are hard to train but I think the benefit is greater from these kinds of players...
Just my 2 cents... :)
