gratz!

Sammy how important is jumpshotting for a centre? worth training to a certain level?

or is it just pure IS/ID/REB/SB?

trained rebounding and only 2 pops... disappointing for 2 weeks of training to only get 2 out of 4 players!

I wouldn't say JS is to important for a Centre. Is more important for a PF but still not that important. If I was training big men I would only do ID, IS and RB training, SB isn't as important and you will get JS pops from IS anyway!

Multiple player skills separates good players from great players... I think multiple player skills is the trend in training now... I see a lot of players on the transfer list with multiple skills... For example, I would pick a C or PF with great inside skills and yet still have good outside skills (JS, OD, DR or PA) over a C or PF who is monoskilled (IS, ID, RB only)... I would also prefer a guard who has great outside skills and yet, still has good inside skills... Having a bigman with strong to proficient JS/OD never hurts... Same goes for a guard with strong to proficient IS/ID...

Advantage of multiskilled players? They can play multiple positions and they can even play any kind of offense/defense tactics... They also tend to have smaller salaries compared to great monoskilled players...

They are hard to train but I think the benefit is greater from these kinds of players...

Just my 2 cents... :)
