I was very supprised that I lost the game as well. I was playing a different tactic than I perfer LP since I perfer to use push. I think the poor shooting by my guards was the clear problem for my team. I think this just confirmes my concern that you are the team that I think could beat me in the playoffs. Though I do think that HCA will be a factor. The real decision for me is will I play my trainees for trainng or go with my best lineup including backups for my guards.

can i please get some opinions on how i lost this match? im not complaining about it, just curious, because i will be facing this guy in the 1st round of playoffs also

the only thing i can think of is the free-throws, but other than that, im stumped

You got 21 more offensive rebounds than him, but you turned the ball back over 14 more times than he did. With your seven extra possessions, you hit five more shots (for a 10 point advantage) but he hit 7 more 3s, which reduced that advantage to just three, and then FTs explains the differential.

First post, for the Tutorial, but I actually got good info out of this thread before even looking into the game. Offensive Flow (seems like a Chemistry to me so far) seems to have a major impact, so just having talent isn't enough. I could see alot of players jumping right in (no tutorial) and missing that, looking strictly at the Talent. And maybe you can 'build' that Flow over time, but they probably quit when those 'studs' under-perform without understanding why.

I also like seeing that, under the right situation, you can do things such as placing a Center at Small Forward and get positive results. I would like to think it is because he (A) had a 'European Style' Center that could play perimeter ball or (B) he used an Offense that kept the SF inside more often and exploited the size advantage that would bring.

Looks like there are a million ways to play the game, and at least a dozen ways to win (until you come against that team with just the right set up to break up your perfection), and I'm really looking forward to it. Threads like this one really help peek the interest, I can't wait to get started... but will finish the Tutorial first. LOL!

I don't want to disappoint you but;

On the top levels there are just a ''few'' ways to play a match if you wanna win.



For example, I can't understand how a center with passing 16, doesn't pass any ball to a teammate for an ''easy open shot''

I really want to know why i lost that game: (36804157).

Extra info: local enthusiasm = 5; visitor: much more

Any clue?
