If I get it right you have no player that has poped twice on the same ability. In other words all pops you have experienced could have been from an already high level, thus it does not tell that much. The interesting thing is to see how much time it takes between the first and second pop.

How don't you see... He had 5 players popped twice in Driving, and he had 10, 9, 9 and 8 pops in these 4 weeks... Pretty much for Team training... 36 pops in 4 weeks... And Driving is pretty important Skill, it leads to many easy lay-ups and dunks... I think for the attack, One on One is best training you can choose...

Hmm ok about the passing, but I still can't imagina the OD.
Is it right that I count 19 pops?

Imo 19 pops in 22 weeks for a 20 yo player is a lot. If this information is right BB should really fix something at the training of guards, because that's going way too fast then.

Well, guards need 6 Skills, centers 4... Therefor, training should be faster... But he's my best trainee, I have others that's not that fast... I'll post my rookie 19 year old SG now from his Week 1...

Week 1, One on One, HN - inept
Week 2, Pressure, OD - strong
Week 3, Outside Shooting, JR - respectable
Week 4, One on One, no pops
Week 5, One on One, JS - respectable, DV - strong
Week 6, Outside Shooting, no pops
Week 7, Passing, no pops
Week 8, One on One, no pops
Week 9, Pressure, no pops
Week 10, One on One, JS - strong, HN - mediocre, DV - proficient
Week 11, Passing, PS - mediocre
Week 12, Pressure, OD - proficient, ID - inept

Note: I didn't put that last week of Pressure in Miško's training cause he's been injured...

So, he had 11 pops in 12 Weeks :) Even better percentage... He had no pops in 4 consecutive weeks, and he still has almost pop per week...

This is the biggest myth in game imo. (Mainly said by guards trainers though).

But apart from that, lets say the player who popped 19 times in 22 weeks was 18yo, ceteris paribus.

I would guess he would have popped around 26 times in 22 weeks then, insane amount of pops. This might mean that it's possible to create a guard with 4 times prolific (4x +4) and 2 times sensational (2x +5) in 22 weeks.
I'd be happy if a got a 3x sensational center in 22 weeks.

I don't agree with that one.

A PG can perform very well with only HD, OD and PS. Boosting the flow and the defense.
Imo SG uses the most of DR, JS and JR, and sidestats HD, OD and PS. A PG visa versa. Where we can take HD and DR almost as 1 skill imo since 1 always trains the other 80%.

A PF needs the mainskills IS, ID and RB and uses SB, JS and some OD. I got the feeling C's are taking more FT's as well, although I can't really prove that, not enough information, just the feeling. I'm still not completely sure if a C uses JS too, but I guess so. This would be IS, ID and RB and SB, JS, x for C's.

I don't think the BB's designed it 4vs6 (which imo should be very strange if they really did) but 3+3 vs 3+3. It might be that the 3 of the C's are a little less important than the ones of guards but I just don't believe the statement that C's only need 4 skills and Guards need 6.
Guards can do very well with the right 3, just like C's and PF's.
Guards are just trained more overall most of the time (the might come due more secondary training there as well), but I think when a C is trained at 6 skills, including JS and OD they are even as effective at a certain point than a C with only 3 high skills.

Now you see C's being salary beasts when they are trained at 3/4 skills only, but maybe when they will be trained at 6 they will have around the same salary as the guards, and will be even as effective. If a PG is trained at OD, HD and PS only he will get a huge salary as well, and still perform very well.

I have a PG which is respectable in OD, DV and PA, and proficient in HN, and mediocre in JS and JR, and believe me, he's not even close to one with prominent JS... My Miško Tuponja has prominent Handling and strong Passing and he still has only 2.2 assists per game... Pretty low, don't you think? The first one, Giuseppe Vallome has 1.5 assists per game... So, you see, in order to get good passers, you need to get them far more then respectable/strong Passing... And Passing is one of the slowest training, along side with Outside Shooting... So, BBs maybe made One on One for guards that effective to compensate slowness of training Passing, Pressure and Outside Shooting...
