I hope Wu Guode (10999227) is trained well, although I'm a bit put off by his height. He is one of the best draft this season. May be an SF to-be?

Exhibit A: Daniel Peixet (3013244) of team Ginakia. A 95K center which he bought for only $3.1M in July. The highest salary player in MBBA for season 9 and 10. 24yo already when i got him...

Exhibit C: Benedetto Salerno (2837983) of team Ginakia. A 51K SF of 25 yo which was bought for $4.7M. An extra of $1.6M compared to Exhibit A and 1 year older.

Pls show me a $98K SG or PG at 24 yo that I can buy for $3.1M pls. I really want to get my hands on one if there is one.

Outside player a bit hard to train if compare with inside player.. only multi-skill player is costly.
another thing we need to concern is the wage for inside player more expensive if compare with outside player.

Good point as well on the higher wage.

To put it into an easier perspective:
Player 1: All skills at mediocre except for IS, ID, RB and SB at sensational
Player 2: All skills at mediocre except for JS, JR, OD, DR at sensational

Player 1 will be around $60K
Player 2 will be around $40K

In terms of weeks of training (assuming main skills are originally at average):
player 1 will probably take around 30 weeks to train (24 pops)
while
player 2 will probably take around 48 weeks to train (24 pops)

So in summary
Inside player for the same skill will have a higher salary compared to outside player.
Inside player of the same salary will sell for a lower price compared to outside player due to lower skill sets
Inside player is easier to train compared to outside player

Whether or not the same skill set will have a higher market price for inside vs outside player is inconclusive for now.

But if we were to reference back to Player 1 and Player 2. Since their skills sets are similar, if their market price is the same (Say $3M). Then it will mean that it is actually more worthwhile to train inside player since it will take only
30 weeks to get $3M for inside player
compared to
48 weeks to get $3M for outside player

So frankly, what I am trying to promote after all this discussion is:
Please train inside players for next season
They are worthwhile to be trained and doesn't take long to train compared to outside players.
Plus it will contribute greatly to our Malaysian NT team

Well.... at 6'0" he is VERY VERY difficult to train. Didnt get much pop out form him this season as i was training inside skills.

He would b one of my trainee next season. At 6'0" he should b able to pop a lot faster at outside skill compared to his inside skill. WIll b training him (and hoepfully another PG) at single position next season in OD, HD and PS. His OD needs lotsa works since it is only at INEPT.

Actually here is a list of potential managers who should switch to post training to balance their team:
1. Teluk Air Tawar Fusion
2. Nick of Time
3..... No more already

The post on the inside salary higher than outside salary prompted me to realise that I should not have used purely the salary to determine the skill sets of the players within the MBBA team. If the salary difference between inside player and outside player can be used as a guideline. It can be assumed that inside players demands 50% more salary compared to outside players for the same skill sets.

With this, the list on stronger outside players compares to inside players for teams in MBBA Season 11 will need to be revised as follows:

#. Team Name (top 2 outside player salary vs top 2 inside player salary = % in salary difference)
1. Teluk Air Tawar Fusion (116K vs 52K = -55%)
2. Nick Of Time (84K vs 79K = -6%)
3. PJ Reds (87K vs 103K = 18%)
4. Ginakia (119K vs 140K = 18%)
5. Damientor (89K vs 106K = 19%)

The teams above are those MBBA teams with salary difference less than 50% which will mean their outside players have higher skill sets compared to their inside players).

So hopefully we will have more inside trainers for next season :)

PJ and Damientor have better outside players???? Wow...

Hey, my PGs are overpriced ok? And somehow Fauzi got a payrise of nearly 10k without improving any skills =.=

My highest paid player is an outside player as of this moment. Though all this may change in the new season as i expect a pay increase in 2 of my inside player. 89k for my top 2 outside player is a result of my my star SG which salary comes out to almost 70k
