8 pops so far in four weeks im still in the beginning of week 5, and week 1 was just the start, the base measurement
i admit the pops are slower, but not as dreaded as made out to be

and this is with six players training per week, instead of the single position 3 players per week method so its a little slow because of that as well
and one of the weeks was ASG week
none of these players are over 6'4" some are sub 6 ft

At least you got the pops, and your players are improving, your plan seems to be working, this is something similar that i planned on doing.

So, did you train four players to get those rebounding pops?

You are far from where you started with this project but I am still interested to see how it goes training really short guys in inside skills. One of my original team players was a 6'9" SG and he just never popped in OD. My other original player was 6'3" and got to prominent before the too tall one got to respectable. I can check my records for how they started but I *think* they both started at average.

The other thing you will need is a good trainer. What level do you have? I just recently got a level 6 trainer for a bargain price of $600,000 so you can get one if it is a priority.

IS seems to be a trainable skill for small players - I own a guard wo is already at prolific without having trained inside shot for a single week in his life (1 on 1 and JS for forwards only and started at average/respectable, not sure).

Sami Pölönen is a star, no doubt the reason you dominated your league. 22. Will kick butt in division IV.
Ramo Kabeljić is solid but would love just a few more pops. 21.
Oliver Cabaltera useful and can obviously play PG too.

Jan Warzecha too weak and too old. Ditch.
Andris Ranka was good enough for V but the defence will hurt. I would try to replace.
Ponciano Cano worthless turd. You don't really play him and his atrocious rebounding at SF do you?
Roni Rashkovski 24, bad and you are wasting training on this guy when you could be polishing Sami and Ramo? This guy will never be good.

No-name 22 hopeless and being trained. Why?
Alejandro Gariza rock solid!
Valter Tündik is exactly the sort of unbalanced player I hate the most. Sell him to some sucker.

So really I only see 4 useful guys Sami, Ramo, Oliver and Ale. You should get some 18 or 19 year olds to train with Sami and Ramo.
