About the cross-training I agree with you, and lot of other parts in the game that they give little informatrion about.

But you can't always defend the BB, there is no harm in clarifying what players will become free agents for example, that is not something we have to experimente ourselves. But even the BB said they could've made it more clear, I take that as a good point, they know what to say and what to hide.

There is another reason, why it could be as clear as possible and that is translation. If it's hard to understand for LA's it's even harder to translate it in proper way. In our language version from time to time news and other texts are translated in wrong way because of not clear original statement. And that's real problem for users which read just translated version and not the original one.
In your way it could end which statements like "we made some changes, try to find what they are ..." without any additional information.

Personally, since I first began playing this game in season 3, one of the things I like most about it is the news announcements from the BBs. I appreciate their literary flavor and think they add a lot of color which actually set this game apart from other online sim games. And, you are absolutely right about the FA part. Lo and Behold, a BB came in and clarified it.

@rwystyrk- you have a point. I feel for those of you who cannot appreciate the nuance and coolness of the writing style, and those who need or want to be be spoon fed. I don't have any foreign language skills that would allow me to translate nuance and vagaries, but I assume that some LAs must. I for one would be bummed if future news releases were a set of bullet points.

could I suggest that a thread be started in the help forum for news announcements too? And a quick link placed in the announcement.

1) to stop 1 million threads being posted about it
2) for clarifications if required


seems like a simple enough solution?
