First off neither one of us knows who teams is better as we don't know the other teams players. Gilad asked a question and i answered it honestly. If you did not like my answer i apologize but everything i wrote was factual. I did not write anything that was against you either and you did make the playoffs last year by point differential and by 1 more game then me. So lets not make this into who did what and when.

I know what i can do with any team that i can pick and after seeing the roster of the national team this week i already know what changes needs to be made if those players are available out there. I will make the necessary adjustments to the team and have a team playing on a higher level with many different tactics available based on the individual game.

Good luck to you as well and if you reread what i wrote and the questions that were asked you will see that there was nothing personnel about my response.

לא אמרתי שזה משהו אישי וגם אני לא הגבתי באופן אישי .. אני יודע שענית לו פשוט על מה שהוא אמר ובסדר אני מקבל את זה.. לא נפגעתי או משהו מההודעה וזה בסדר.. אכן אמרת עובדות ואני רק רציתי לסדר קצת את הדברים ..

אגב , נכון שקשה לדעת שחקנים של קבוצות אחרות אבל די אפשר להסתמך על המשכורות שאומנם לא אומרות הכל , ויש הרבה דברים שלא נראים במשכורות , אבל הם אומרות הרבה . וכמובן גם סטטיסטיקות,רייטינג בעיקר וכאלה ..

אתה לא יכול להגיד למשל שקבוצה כמו של יניב/ארתור שאם אני לא טועה אין שם שחקן אחד מתחת ל10 אלף , עד 40 אלף , שזאת קבוצה חלשה.. אז זה בערך מה שאני מתכוון ... וכן גם ממה שאנחנו רואים ושומעים במהלך הזמן בליגה .. אולי אתה קצת פחות כי אתה לא פעיל ולא עוקב אחרי הפורום ולא בטוח לגבי המשחקים בליגה אבל אני בערך יודע את רמתה של כל קבוצה וקבוצה בליגת העל מבחינת איכויות השחקנים .. וזהו , שיהיה בהצלחה לכל המתמודדים .

קני, לא רציתי לפתוח פה תחרות "המאמן הטוב יותר" רק שאלתי אותך שאלה, וגם אני לא מזלזל לרגע ביכולות שלך, אתה מאמן צוין לדעתי!
אבל כיום, לפי דעתי, עופר יותר מתאים, אבל זה לא אישי או משהו כזה.
בסך הכל אתה מאמן מצוין ושלא תבין אותי לא נכון!!
רק שאלתי שאלה וניהיה מזה תררם
בהצלחה בכל מקרה בבחירות

I read the forums all the time and usually don't have the energy to get into the conversations with everyone. I spend more time on the regular forum, where i feel i get more feed back and more information on the game.

If you win and have a look at the national team or if you have seen some of the current players you will understand that the salary does not mean anything. If you work only on rebounds for a full season you will have higher salaries than more complete players. Some of the teams have great teams and are much harder to beat. I agree with you on that.

I know basketball on a very high level and i can get the right team on the floor. I dont always have the right people to do the things i need to do on my team currently. Maybe you do. That wont be a problem on the national team.

I wish you the best of luck and if you ever want to discuus tactics for the national team if you do win i will always work with you as well.

אני חושב שאני יודע מספיק לגבי המשכורות .. והייתי מקושר מאוד לנבחרת בתקופת יהודה וגם לפני.. אני מכיר את רוב השחקנים וחלקם גם אני הבאתי לידיעת הנבחרת וחלקם כרגע בפנים , חלקם במאגר שחקנים אצל יהודה.. ככה שאני כן מכיר ויודע על מה מתבוססות המשכורות שם .. וידוע[לפחות לי] , ריבאונד משפיע מאוד על המשכורת אצל כל העמדות .. כנ"ל חסימות .. לא משנה גם אם זה רכז.. וגם אם זה סנטר עם 17-19 ריבאונד ושאר התכונות הראשיות לא גבוהות במיוחד במדדים של נבחרת [ויש לנו כבר אחד כזה] .. בסך הכל אני אומר שבכללי אפשר מאוד להסתמך על המשכורות , לפחות מכל דבר אחר.. ברוב הפעמים זה לא משקר לגבי רמת השחקן .. לפחות בתכונותיו העיקריות.. אני גם מסתמך בדרך כלל על ציון הרייטינג בממוצע לאורך זמן ועל הסטטיסטיקות כדי לדעת פחות או יותר מה יש ומה אין לשחקן, אבל זה כבר לא משנה ..

ובהחלט אני אשמח אם תהיה חלק מצוות הנבחרת אם תרצה כמובן במידה ואבחר.. אני מקווה שככה זה יהיה גם במידה ויקרה ההפך למרות שאין לי ספק שכן .. לפחות מבחינתי ואני מאמין שגם מבחינתך .

תערוך את ההודעה שלך ומהר אסור לפרסם את התכונות זה פוגע במאמן השל השחקן ובנבחרת למרות שאין שם אפשר לדעת את זה בבקשה תערות את ההודעה ותוריד את החלק של הרמת תכונה שחשפת

אני יודע קצת יותר טוב ממך מה אסור ומה מותר.. לא חשפתי שם של שחקן ולא אמרתי אם הוא בנבחרת או לא.. ואני גם לא יודע במדויק את הציון אז זה סתם היה דוגמא ..

ולא חייב להעיר על כל דבר שאתה רואה בפורום .

ואו נאור ניראה לי שקצת הגזמת...

במיוחד לאור העובדה שעופר לא יכול לחשוף תכונות כי הוא לא ראה אותן מעולם... אם הוא חושב שיש לנו סנטר 17-19 ריב' זה רק כי מישהו אמר לו שזה מה שיש לנו או שהוא ראה שיש אחד כזה למכירה...
והוא גם לא אומר מי השחקן בכלל - קיצר ניראה לי קצת הגזמת. יותר מזה אם לא היית אומר כלום אף אחד לא היה מתייחס לזה אפילו, סתם אתה עושה רעש מכלום לדעתי.

כרגע אתה המאמן כי בבחירות של יהודה אתה הגעת שני וההנהלה החליטה לשים את מקום שני כמאמן זמני.

השאלה שלי היא כזאת, האם היית רץ בכל מקרה? גם אם לא היית עכשיו מאמן זמני? עד כמה אתה עדיין רוצה את זה...?

(אני שואל כי אני מבין שאתה בן אדם דיי עסוק לרוב - וזאת מחמאה, מבחינתי אני לא רץ רק בגלל שאני עסוק מידי ואני לא אצליח להשקיע את מה שהמאמנים הקודמים השקיעו או את מה שאני ארצה שמאמנים בעתיד ישקיעו...)

I don't know why everyone keeps saying i;m so busy. I left the country for work. I had at that time no responsibilities to any one except my team. While i was gone i got this job by default for finishing in second. I have the time to put into both my team and the national team. I i did not i would not run. If you ask the people who i was in touch with when i got the job outside of the hours i was sleeping with the time difference i was in touch with them giving my opinion on what should be done.

I am on my way back soon and my life will go back to normal. I have a job that i go away for 2 -3 times a year. That does not mean i cant and don't put the time in while I'm in Europe or America. I usually have more time when i'm away to look at these things but when i have the timeto spend scouting most of you guys are slepping is the only difference.

To answer your question i would have ran anyway and wether i win or lose i will run again in season 7 as well.
