trained rebounding and only 2 pops... disappointing for 2 weeks of training to only get 2 out of 4 players!

I wouldn't say JS is to important for a Centre. Is more important for a PF but still not that important. If I was training big men I would only do ID, IS and RB training, SB isn't as important and you will get JS pops from IS anyway!

Multiple player skills separates good players from great players... I think multiple player skills is the trend in training now... I see a lot of players on the transfer list with multiple skills... For example, I would pick a C or PF with great inside skills and yet still have good outside skills (JS, OD, DR or PA) over a C or PF who is monoskilled (IS, ID, RB only)... I would also prefer a guard who has great outside skills and yet, still has good inside skills... Having a bigman with strong to proficient JS/OD never hurts... Same goes for a guard with strong to proficient IS/ID...

Advantage of multiskilled players? They can play multiple positions and they can even play any kind of offense/defense tactics... They also tend to have smaller salaries compared to great monoskilled players...

They are hard to train but I think the benefit is greater from these kinds of players...

Just my 2 cents... :)

Yeah of course that is the best to have. Who wouldn't want a player who is legendary in every skills?

I know when I look on the market for a new big man I always look at his handling and passing to make sure he doesn't give up to many turn overs.

But is it worth training a player in outside skills when he is 7'0? I don't think it is, he will pop way slower at outside skills than inside. He will also get some secondary pops in driving and JS when training IS and ID and the only other outside skill that really matters for an inside player is handling and maybe a little bit of passing. I'd rather spend 2 weeks training ID to get and ID pop than 3 or 4 weeks training a Centre at PG to get 1 passing pop.

Yes, but that is overly beyond my point...

What I'm trying to say is, for me, secondary skills are still worth training... Height may be a factor but not that much to stop other managers in the BB world to not train secondary skills... The added option in the tactics page to assign a certain player to guard a certain player makes training secondary skills easier... For example, I want to train my PF in his OD, I can put him in the PG spot and yet, he can still guard the opposing teams' PF... Another example is you can train JS or 1 on 1 with bigmen by putting them at SF and PF and make them still defend PFs and Cs... Training JS in the SF/PF spot also brings secondary pops on IS...

We can have equal guards or equal bigmen with our opponents in terms of their primary skills but by training the secondary skills, we may just have that little edge to beat opposing teams...
