I trained my SF trainee 4 weeks in a row in JR without a pop when he was 20! Apparently that happens sometimes.

My player is 6'3'' and he got his previous pop-up in JR with only 2 weeks of training. How is it possible for him to need 4 weeks for the next pop-up? I have a level 5 trainer.

I realy don't know.
Maybe yours was right before a pop on the previous training, so he jumped over the pop-line with some margin, and only needed 2 more weeks for the next pop.
Mine didn't pop after 3 weeks training, where I'd expected he certainly would, he only popped after the 4rt week.

Mine is 2m01 (not sure how many feet that is, but I'd say 6'6" ?)

which would confirm the suspicion already formulated that height has a big impact on it.

What is his height? And what is your trainer?

I mentioned earlier that he is a 6'3'' SF, 22 years old, with a level 5 trainer and a superstar potential.

I haven't been as active as of old... still beavering away building a SF and would like some comments as to how to complete him and in what order... I don't really care about training any skill and will adapt if needbe.

Age: 23
Height: 6'6" / 198 cm
Potential: superstar
Game Shape: strong
Jump Shot: prolific Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: prodigious Handling: proficient
Driving: strong Passing: mediocre
Inside Shot: prominent Inside Def.: marvelous
Rebounding: proficient Shot Blocking: proficient
Stamina: mediocre Free Throw: average
Experience: mediocre

He is close in JS/HD/DR & I hope IS to another pop. I'm wary of his soft cap and since I haven't read much on the elasticity effect (would this help his Passing?) or whether the cap is total of skills/salary... what do you think he has left in him?

I was thinking of getting his Passing up much higher OR getting his shooting up... can I do both??

I'm clearly not a specialist, but for a nice SF like that, I'm saddened by his passing so low.

It was only awful when I got him.....
