No he havn't got injury. I have doctor lvl6 so it was unlikely. He train all the time wth maximum efect.

And he didn't make the U21? How tall was he? With these starting skills, he should be in Top 5 U21 SFs in BB world. Did you receive a training plan from your U21 coach? Was he always trained on one-position where possible and received 48 minutes of training?

With the kind of training you were giving him, he should have 37-40 pops in three full seasons. If he didn't, you probably trained against elastic effect or his height was either too low or too high.

Doctor lvl 6 is great. For three season of play I have only 1 contuzion non-match. My player was injury in cup match and injury was for one week. More over this player played match in next week. His injury took 6 days.

Every one my players train all time on minimal position, they never train 1on1, and never train ST or FT.
(18117258) Wzrost: 6'8" / 203 cm you can see his history how much in he train in all weeks.

Have to laugh a bit. Only 4 of the top 10 salaries actually start for their teams.

That explains why your "experiment" was not successful. I think one can't be a good trainer if he doesn't understand why HA and DR are important.

But that's just my opinion.

So tell me, what DV & HN should have SF in begining U21?
I think DV&HN very good pops when you train samoething else(as secondary skills). In U21 you haven't got time to waste time to train 1on1. Also when I watch a players from U21 almost always good DV+HN have PG and SG.

i also don't rate driving that high, but @mario i think it is quite a good training for sf cause all of the secondary pops.

he is very good player, but he is not playing at NT team, I think he is legendary in passing, but he has one very poor upper skill, maybe JS or JR
