i would train them a little more in passing and OD until they reach 8+. mix in some 1on1 for forwards and continue with insideskills (block, ID) after allstar break.

they look both very promising.

what do you guys think of this guy. i just grapped him of the transferlist and i am not sure if i did good.

They are tall, but since their OD is good to begin with, you could try getting them all to strong. Next, I recommend training PA until strong or proficient. Since PA trains fast at any height, this shouldn't be much of a problem.

After that, I would do 1v1 Forwards, which trains JS/HA/DR/IS. If I remember correctly, taller height will give them more JS than IS training, while partially improving HA/DR.

To be honest, I would spend this whole season training secondaries. This will help keep their salaries low for a longer period of time, improve their performance on the court, and increase their TL value. Since the 3rd guy is 19, I would make him your 3rd trainee, while the first 2 are your main focus.

If you need more help or specifics, feel free to BB-Mail me.

He is a very decent prospect. However, his height will make guard and inside skills a bit harder to train. Do you want him to be a PG, SG or combo guard?

I would probably start him off with JS/1v1 Guards. After getting his DR to 7, I would give him 1-2 weeks of PA. Next, I would train OD until he popped to 13. Lastly, I would probably give him a bit more 1v1 Guards.

I'm planning to do some more 1on1 Guards. Then some passing. Then next season I am going to work on rebounding.
He started at 18 as a point guard. So he has been really fun to train. His only skills that aren't good are JR/SB. I don't think I will train these skills anyway. Planning to make him into a premier SF/PF. Any suggestions?

He looks great, and I agree with the need for more PA. The rest of the skills kinda depends on whether you want to go SF or PF. For SF, he'll need a lot of OD, and a lot of passing. With his height, that's possible, but might take a long time. SFs make a substantial contribution to perimeter defense, and can generate a lot of assists.

Absent any other considerations, I'd probably make him a PF, with a bit more focus on scoring. get PA to ~9-10, OD to 10-11, then work on JS along with the inside skills. His 8 potential is somewhat limiting for a big man, so you might need to sacrifice one of the inside skills. Of course, if you have other trainees who need guard skills, you might not want to switch completely to big training.
