Hi, I have 2 questions.

1. How does the "5 fouls" rule work in this game? In today's match, my opponent's players received 5 fouls and continued to play. One of them received 6 fouls.

2. What is the "BONUS" icon in the live match screen? I see it sometimes lits and sometimes doesn't during the match.
