The 70k C was brought in last week, the team is worth better than 4th now.

weeso, what is the rational for buying this center, are you going for the championship ? It will be tough.

Be careful with your team finances. You will have a lower income during the next weeks, you will lose money. Your last two games are on the road, during the PO, you'll get 1/3 from tickets sells away and 2/3 at home. If your next season first game is on the road, you'll lose money again at the first economic update.
If you are not sitting on some cash now, you can quickly find yourself in trouble and your players asset is limited.

Thx for your opinion my freind and i think you've got a point, bu don't you think it will be a mistake to sell him now for tow reasons:
1- i just bought him last week so i'll recieve 80% of his price.
2-the market is down and his estimated price is 1.3M-1.5M.

am a little worry about those 2 reasons what do you think? should i sell him for 1.3 or less.

hey mate , i actually got him to build a good team for next season cuz am planinning to promote, but i guess i was wrong

and what i did is a stupid step so if you have a solution for me i'll be greatfull and as you can see from my last post i guess

selling the player will be the solution unliss you have something in mind !!??

A quick question in the middle of this thread..
If a team is in a lower div and ends up in the playoffs but dont win it to promote.. However there are few teams, lets say 4 or 5, in the upper div that went BOT; would this playoff team promote automatically?

You're really short on cash, right ?

I wouldn't sell him now. Try your luck since you're there. If you win your 2 remaining games, you can finish 3rd, Cloporte will have a difficult game against Biokimikos.
If you end up 3rd, you can win the conf semis against the odds. The conf final will be a real challenge though. The more games you win, the more money you get.

If you can't win promotion, you'll need to sell your C or one young player with potential, it's your choice really, either way you'll have to buy at least one or two players . You can't rely on the draft too much.
If you choose to keep your C, you will still have a high wage player and it will be difficult to manage.
You need to build up your arena to develop your team and sustain higher wages, it should be a priority of yours from now on and you need to make a benefit for the investment.

I think i will only repeat what the previous guys said which is true.
Sell ur 70k C in the offseason for anywhere above a million and buy 2 players with salaries between 15k and 20k for that million. It will yield more results for you in the future as you will save at least 20k from your expenditures. After 2-3 weeks in the season you will be able to expand your Arena a little bit (a bit better than nothing) and start building up your revenues.

bot teams in higher divisions are replaced by the teams of lower divisions (that didn't achieve to promote normally) with the highest record of wins.. in case of a tie PD is taken into consideration

That's exactly what am gonna do, although i know ther is no chance for me to beat biokimikos so the goal will be the 3rd spot.

No mate i have enough cash to cover the looses for a plenty of time, but that's not my point i need this cash to invest it on my arena, but now i have this player i guess i'll do what you advised me to do any way thx alot.

Yeah I'm training my 20 year old shooting guard and my 18 year old small forward. I'm planning to train them in the next few seasons too, especially my 18 year old small forward because all his skills are very good and he's already a great balanced small forward.
But I now have a bit of a problem. I found a super super draftee, with 5 ball rating and potential, A+, 18 year old, 213 cm small forward. I think despite his tall height, the reason he's small forward is because he's well balanced. But if he's well balanced as small forward, then once I get him, I can train him to be a great power forward or center. So I'm confused as to if I should just forget him and get PG, SF or SG from the draft and keep training my current 2 trainees OR get the super draftee and train him (in which case I might have to find several more trainees who can be trained along with him).
What is your opinion on this? I really want to make my current 18 year old small forward trainee a great player and in order to do that, I'll need to train him for another 2 or 3 seasons but I also dont wanna leave the super draftee out...

I'd go for him. If I couldn't use him, I can still make a mint profit from selling him on the TL and get some one more appropriate height wise later on :)

1st off, apologies that I missed you bought him last week :)

Well you bought him for 600k I think? You could still make a profit :)

Personally I think prices will drop over time, plus if you sell him later on he'll be a year older, might affect the appeal of getting him and the price u get for him.

Though prices now are a bit lower, due to people offloading players to save cash during the playoffs. But this works in your advantage too if you manage to sell him, you'll have cash to buy some decent players for cheaper.

Or you could try selling him early next season, suck up some losses on his wages and hope that prices go up. But you'd have paid 210k in wages by then.

Its up to you really mate :)
