Thanks for the effort.

For 22yo and above, an easy guideline to shortlist an NT potential is by looking at their salaries, which should be at least 25K and above. Anything less than that, I'll need to see the actual skill sets to decide.

Okay got it, and below is the adjusted expectation:-

Potential U-21:-
-Least potential of star
-Age 18 must have at least 4k weekly salary
-Age 19 must have at least 5.5k weekly salary
-Age 20 & 21 weekly salary have to be close with U-21 players

Potential NT
-Least potential of superstar
-Weekly salary below 10k must be at most 20 yrs. old
-Weekly salary below 25k must be at most 22 yrs. old
-I will also list the players with the weekly salary close to NT players(50k and above)

Actually, I think anything could happen with the players weekly salary after player salary update, it depends mainly on the training that they received the whole season, I'll just list out base on above expectation in case they're needed, and I'll go through every managers roster in the league I'm in charge again to see the changes.

from my understanding... on average... if you train your trainee well, their salary can be expected to increase by 40%+

At lower levels they can even pop up to 100 to 150%
Nice, more information like this is very useful, I only went through 2 season and did not keep track of player before, therefore I won't know how much a well trained player in any age can grow in a season.
