Guess I have 2 seasons to show you that I'm worth it

Also wouldn't you want an experienced u21 coach, that has already won a European Championship (without HCA. Israel had it, and what a final it was) guiding you for the next 2 crucial seasons? xD


How did win it ?
Lightning rarely strikes twice in the same place.

Do you think that winning a title and building for a latest win is the same thing ?

Mmh.. I tend to disagree since we won the EU championship the following year too

I'm not sure what you mean with building for a latest win
I assume you're talking about the 2 main thing for a national team coach:
- winning the actual games
- building the actual roster

And no, they are absolutely not the same thing, I actually prefer the roster creation to the game preparation itself, and I'm exceptionally good at it, again, most of the u21 players for Italy that played in the last 10 seasons are "my creations"

Just feel free to ask Davide what he thinks of me and how Good or bad i am at creating u21 players

Building for a latest win, means preparing the future in more than 2 seasons.

Exceptionnally good at roster creation, right ?
